We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

For the relaxation of our guests, please turn your cell phones off prior to entering Dragonfly.

Because we are a Day Spa, we ask that no children under 10 allowed without an appointment.

To secure your appointment time for 2 or more services, a credit card number will be taken.

If a cancellation becomes necessary, please allow a 24 hour notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge.  If no notice is given, the full price of the service will be charged.

Gratuities are not included in the cost of services.  They can be added to credit cards, however if you are paying by check, we ask that you write out a separate check made out personally to the service provider.
